April 20 (AKA 4/20) is famous in cannabis circles. Retail cannabis takes advantage of the day by aggressively promoting their products. Lune Rise Farms opted to do it differently. We reimagined the meaning of 4/20 by adding of two letters to the infamous number and in doing so, chose to celebrate the broader hardworking industry that makes legal possible.
In social, we invited everyone to attend a Youtube livestream hosted by the owners, Chris and Marty.
We also sent personalized preset alarm clocks to select cannabis celebrities and influencers inviting them to join in the fun.
A couple of the hardcores even agreed to show up.
As promised, Chris and Marty livestreamed their cannabis industry celebration at 4:20am on April 20 to a small but appreciate audience.
